Let’s draw a Kawaii, Cute PUG!
Are you ready? Let’s start!
Step1. Know that a Pug has a rather flat face. We draw his face, like this “squished” face line.
Step 2. Add his head. Remember, a Pug has a flat head 🙂
Step 3. We draw Pug’s ear. Fill it out with black after you draw an outline.
Step 4. We do the same for other ear, and fill it in.
Step 5. Drawing a nose. Tip: It looks cute if you draw a nose slightly higher than center area, just like the sample you see below.
Fill in nose with black.
Step 6. Now we draw a mouth!! Pug has a very special mouth – it’s very wavy, sort of looks like “S” on the side 🙂
Step 7. Adding the Pug’s mouth lines.
Step 8. Another special characters of Pug is that he has a winkle face. Let’s add 3 lines on chin areas – they will look like wrinkles.
Step 9. Now drawing his face parts. 2 eyes.
Step 10. Give him eye brows, look like small triangles. Then add 4 lines – those are wrinkle lines! Now he looks very cute with winkels and wavy mouth!
Step 11. Now, we are moving on to his body.
First we give him a collar.
Step 12. Draw his front 2 legs. Smaller body will make this Pug look cute 🙂 If you want more realistic dog, draw his body larger.
Step 13. Add his back and butt – Simple body line.
Step 14. Small tails.
Step 15. Add some those half circle lines, means his tail is wiggling 🙂 They are “effect” lines.
DONE!!!!!! Now we have drawing a cute, funny looking PUG!
I hope you enjoy this tutorial!
