I’ve made a lunch box of Peppa Pig! Pretty excited how it turned out.
Z loves Peppa Pig, as soon as he saw this lunch box – he laughed!!! Thought it was very funny (and good!) .
Let’s take a look!

How to make Peppa Pig Face
This Lunch Box’s biggest kick is of course, Peppa pig face.
Let me show you how I made this!
Use Ham’s nature shape
Note this green circle. Can you it’s a perfect curve?
It’s the natural shape of Ham I bought. I used the beautiful curve as Peppa Pig’s head.
For Peppa Pig’s lips and nose, (those red lines), I’ve used fresh beet pasta.
In Denmark it’s possible to buy fresh beet pasta, but I’m not sure if it’s possible to buy where you live.
If you can’t get fresh beet pasta, I am guessing red cabbage can work, too!
Cheek is half cut of cherry tomato.
His eyes are hard boiled egg-white, and seaweed.
I used this seaweed cutter to make the perfect black pupils.
This cutter is absolutely a must-have, if you want to make fun food!
These faces are also, by using the same seaweed cutter .
Tips for Peppa Pig School Lunch Box
Put colourful napkins or foil underneath the food
Because usually lunch box itself has boring colour, a food tends to look boring if you place it directly onto it, I think.
There is a easy way to fix the problem. 😊
Put nice, colourful paper napkin!
If you want to go all the way, there is Peppa Pig Napkins!
But there is 1 thing. When you put bread on top of napkin, the napkins will get damped.
I usually place a piece of wax paper to avoid it. That’ll keep the lunch more dry and clean.
If it’s tricky to put a napkin and wax paper, no worries!
Put green parsley!
Parsley is my life saver – I buy fresh parsley in a small pot, place it in by the kitchen window.
Putting some parsley to lunch box will make the food much, much lively and beautiful!
Most kids don’t like parsley…so don’t expect to them to eat.
Don’t waste the skin
Fruit has a great vivid colour, don’t waste it!
It’s a wonderful material to make food looks more interesting.
I used a mini food cutter, see this orange skin butter fly – isn’t it pretty?
Those mini sized cookie cutter will do.
